Cancellation Policy
Can we please remind people if you wish to cancel an appointment to give us 24 hours notice.
Failure to do for all cancellations within less than 24 hours so will be charged at 50% of the treatment.
Cancellations with less than 1-hour notice or no-show will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.
